Logan and leeanne rock! They both went above and beyond there job. I was very pleased with the way they handled a mistake from a different day and both took very good care of someone else's mistakes. I felt good that they remembered me as my family and I use this location often. We like coming to this specific location because they treat my family and friends like family. I think they deserve a recognition for there hard work that was definitely noticed and meant a lot to us. I have nothing bad to say about this location or the hard workers that keep this company alive. Without them it wouldnt be the same. Also FYI they were complete strangers that turned into friends. They definitely deserve the full 5 stars out of any other McDonald's I have been to and I have been to thousands. GO BROOKLYN keep up the good work. Love the varrica family

The lady that was working the drive through late tonight (15MAY2025) was very friendly and helpful. I asked a few questions before ordering, and instead of being annoyed she answered them fully and even made additional suggestions for my order. I wish more employees like her existed in the world.

I have to say I’m incredibly happy with the customer service, got a bacon cheeseburger burger they mixed up my burger with someone else’s didn’t look at anything till I got back, we called and talked to the manager and he was more then happy to replace my order the next time I came in for free and he personally made sure it was right I’m incredibly happy with the service.

Fantastic time! Typical crummy interior mcdonald's but the worker did her job and more! Workers were above and beyond for a minimum wage job and they made the food exactly as wanted. The worker that I think did best was "Ava" as she listened and unlike the subway down the road ACTUALLY got my order exactly as I wanted it

I go here at midnight after work and the guy that works at night is beyond friendly...unbelievably pleasant. Thank you for making me want to destroy my diet even more now!
